I learnt that maybe sometimes, to be a leader is knowing when you gotta step up. But it also means knowing when to step aside, and share the spotlight.

Why am i doing this?
Well, i wanted to get some feeling out there. you know so i don’t end up like an emotional volcano about three years from now :)
